Are you a bride/groom that is planning a future wedding??? If so – I know how stressful and time consuming planning a wedding can be and I know how every detail can sometimes be quite overwhelming.
Photography has been my passion for years – but prior to making the switch to a full time photographer, I planned many events from corporate to small affairs. These many events also included weddings – and being a bride once myself… I can only imagine what may be running through your minds. 
Here are some frequently asked questions that I receive with regard to wedding photography… if you have any others – feel free to let me know.
Q: How many images do you take at each wedding/event and how many images can I expect to have on my disc?
A: We do no put a limit on the images we capture. It all depends on how much time we have for picture taking and the flow of the day. After your event – all images captured are hand sorted and selected for their quality. Unless an actual photo amount is stated in a specific package, all quality images will be provided on disc. We guarantee no less than 50 images per hour session.

Q: How long does it take before I can see my images?
A: We ask for about 3 weeks to edit all of your images and have your disc ready for mail out. Your proofing gallery will also be ready for viewing at this time. We do our best to get a few photo previews (usually 6-10 photos from your session) up on our blog within a few days… so feel free to check out our blog soon after the event to sneak a peak.

Q: Can I provide you with a list of our “must have shots?”
A: Yes, please do. We love to be organized and ready for an event – so this will allow us to prepare for your big day. If you are having a large event or wedding party – this is a very useful tool to have and it will also let us know if we need an assistant for your event.

Q: Can or Do you customize your wedding packages?
A: Yes. We love to have a sit down session or work directly with our clients, especially if they have something in mind that they would like to do. If our packages do not suit your needs, simply call or email us so we can work something out that will fit you Perfectly!

Q: Can my friends/family order prints directly from our proofing gallery?
A: Of course! Your proofing gallery is set so that your family and friends can order prints directly from our professional printing lab and it will be sent to them directly. Our galleries are also set up so that you can post links in emails as well. Prints are not the only thing you can order from there too… Grandparents, etc. enjoy ordering mugs, mouse pads, calendars, canvas, etc. for their own pleasure and as gifts.

Q: I’m planning a destination wedding and don’t have a wedding coordinator. The first person I thought to hire was a photographer – and now I’m stuck with figuring out the details… do you have resources that can assist me?
A: Absolutely! I have experience as a Wedding/Event planner and can direct you to Vendors that I have worked with in the past – as well as give you some “insider” tips in making your big day a great success. Feel free to let me know if you have ANY questions.

Q: Do you travel to other islands for weddings and events? If so, do you charge a travel fee and what is it?
A: Although we are based out of Maui, we love to travel and photograph on the other Hawaiian Islands. We do not charge a travel fee for the All Day Photography Wedding Package (Nau wale no) however, smaller packages require a $500 travel fee.
